About the ranks
Don't know what a particular rank does? Read on. (How many wolves can be in each spot is stated. Generally, one wolf for each leadership position, and the others are unlimited.)
Alphas (One wolf for each position.) The leaders of the pack. What they say goes. They are mates.
Betas (One wolf for each position.) Second in command. They tend to be mates, but don't have to be if the alphas decide otherwise.
Guardians/Nightwatchers They protect the pack at night, so they must be strong.
Hunters (One wolf for each Lead position, unlimited for others.) They hunt for the pack. Lead by the Lead Hunter.
Warriors (One wolf for each Lead position, unlimited for others.) They fight for the pack in wars, and tend to be rather strong. Lead by the Lead Warrior.
Scouts (One wolf for each Lead position, unlimited for others.) They survey the territory, looking for a sign of trouble or change in game, etc.
Pupsitters (Unlimited.) The wolves who watch over the pups when their parents can't be bothered. They tend to be female, but can be of either gender.
Pups (Unlimited.) Well, they're pups.
Omegas (Unlimited.) These are the lowest possibly ranked wolves. Other wolves in the pack tend to pick on them, and the alphas won't stand up for them.
Currently
Game: Beginning to migrate
Weather: Cloudy
Drought/Flooding?: Neither. Balanced amount of water.
Season: Autumn
Enemy pack: Brink of Despair
Accepting: Any
Humans?: Not near the territory. They can be in wolves histories and stuff, but they aren't going to be coming to Hope's Sanctuary, or any other pack.
Suggestions? Please PM me any suggestions you might have for information to be put on these information pages, or any suggestion at all, really. :)
